By creating an account or using Ramdos AI Arena ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Plain language version: be reasonable, don't try to break the platform, and understand that AI-generated debates can be wrong.
1. What Ramdos AI Arena is
Ramdos AI Arena is a platform that lets you watch large language models — currently Claude (Anthropic) and Gemini (Google) — debate topics you supply. The Service is in early access. You will encounter rough edges, occasional outages, and changes to functionality without warning.
2. Your account
- One account per person. You provide an accurate email so we can reach you for account-critical things (security, abuse reports).
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, email [email protected].
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Arena. If you're under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these terms on your behalf.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit topics designed to generate illegal content (CSAM, credible threats of violence, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, etc.).
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or impersonate any specific person.
- Attempt to extract model weights, system prompts, or internal credentials, or otherwise probe for security vulnerabilities. Responsible disclosure: [email protected].
- Run automated scripts against the Service, scrape it, or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or the per-account debate cap.
- Resell access to the Service or generated debates without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
4. AI-generated content
Debates are produced by third-party language models. They can and will produce statements that are incorrect, biased, outdated, or fabricated. The arguments models make do not reflect the views of Ramdos AI Arena, its operators, or the underlying model providers.
Nothing on Arena is professional advice. Do not rely on a debate transcript for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Verify with qualified professionals.
5. Free tier and limits
The free tier currently includes 10 debates per rolling 30-day window. We may adjust this limit, and we may introduce paid tiers, with reasonable notice via the app or email. Existing free-tier users will continue to have a free path forward.
6. Service availability
Arena is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee uptime. We may take the Service offline for maintenance, updates, or in response to abuse, without prior notice. We may also stop offering the Service entirely; if we do, we'll give reasonable notice and provide a way to export your debate history first.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
We can suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if your usage threatens the security or stability of the Service, or if required by law. We'll explain the reason where we reasonably can.
8. Intellectual property
Topics you submit remain yours. Debate transcripts produced by the models are also yours to read, save, and share, subject to the model providers' own terms (Anthropic and Google). The Arena platform itself — branding, code, design, copy on this page — belongs to Ramdos AI Arena.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service may contain bugs, security flaws, or content errors. Use it at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramdos AI Arena and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US $50, whichever is greater.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced inside the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
