Ramdos AI Arena is a small, pre-launch AI debate platform. This page lays out — in plain language — what we collect, what we don't, and what we do with it. If something here is unclear, write to [email protected] and we'll fix the wording.
1. What we collect
When you create an account or run a debate, we store:
- Your email address and username.
- A hashed password (we never store your password in readable form).
- The topics you submit and the full transcripts of debates that result, including each turn from Claude and Gemini.
- Token counts from the model APIs, so we can track operating cost.
- Basic account timestamps — when you signed up, when you last signed in.
2. What we don't collect
- No third-party analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising IDs.
- No browser fingerprinting.
- No IP-based forensics or signup-IP databases.
- No data sold or shared with marketers — we don't have any.
3. Third parties
To produce debates, your topic and the running transcript are sent to two model providers as part of the API call:
- Anthropic (Claude API) — see their privacy terms at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
- Google (Gemini API) — see their privacy terms at policies.google.com/privacy.
Once Stripe (or another payment provider) is wired up, billing details will be handled by that provider — we won't store credit card numbers ourselves. This page will be updated on the day that goes live.
4. Where data lives, and for how long
Account records and debate transcripts are stored in a SQLite database on the server that runs Arena. Transcripts stay until you delete them — every saved debate has a trash icon in the history drawer that removes the row immediately.
If you delete your account, we'll remove your account record and all associated debates. Email [email protected] to request this — self-serve account deletion is on the roadmap.
5. Cookies and local storage
Arena does not use tracking cookies. After you sign in, a session token (JWT) is stored in your browser's localStorage so you stay signed in across page loads. The token expires after 24 hours; signing out removes it. That's the only client-side persistence we use.
6. Your rights
- Access — your full debate history is visible to you in the arena's history drawer.
- Deletion — delete individual debates anytime. Account deletion on request.
- Correction — email us if any account detail is wrong; we'll fix it.
7. Children
Arena is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has registered, write to [email protected] and we'll remove the account.
8. Changes to this policy
We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes meaningfully. Material changes will also be announced inside the app before they take effect.
